Thanks for your thoughtful piece Amber. I must be one of the last people on the planet who hasn't watched the series yet, but I'm getting to it!

Nope, you're not alone! I haven't watched it either, I don't have Netflix. But heard a lot about it, so pieces likes this one are helpful for me so I can at least know what all the talk is about! Thanks Amber!

I wasn’t going to jump on this one right away, but then it seemed like EVERYONE was talking about it. Which I’m still surprised by! Thanks for reading Sophie!

Thanks for these tips! As a mom to two teen boys, I recently wrote this about Adolescence: https://open.substack.com/pub/daniellecounotte/p/on-netflixs-adolescence?r=2d9uiq&utm_medium=ios (TL;DR I find it hard to maintain that connection with them while giving them the space to be a teenager)

Thanks for sharing! BTW I also felt like…why write this when so many others have written about it? But then I told myself that just because I’ve seen many other articles on a topic, doesn’t mean my readers have seen those things. When I ask myself “what do I want to share with my readers right now” it helps me to cut through some of the noise about what everyone else is writing!

I know right? But I did feel your tips were very helpful so totally agree that any new viewpoint is welcome!
